Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and help bring our projects from concept to completion with precision, warmth, and care. You’ll be the bridge between our design team, clients, and trades—ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly, every timeline stays on track, and every client feels supported throughout the process.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Collaborate with Design Team to create the schedule: Develop and manage detailed project timelines from initial concept through installation, ensuring all milestones are met
  • Lead Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and trades, providing clear updates and maintaining consistent communication that reflects our firm’s professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate with Trades: Schedule site visits, manage installations, and ensure contractor and vendor work aligns with the design intent and Annabode’s quality standards
  • Track the Details: Maintain and manage the RFI log, procurement schedules, and all project documentation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and smooth implementation
  • Create Construction Calendars: use Gantt charts to keep everyone abreast of all project milestones
  • Collaborate with Designers: Partner closely with the design team to translate creative concepts into actionable steps, ensuring every finish, fixture, and furnishing is implemented beautifully and on budget
  • Ensure Excellence: Conduct site walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and oversee final installations to deliver a polished, fully realized design experience for our clients

MUST-HAVES:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in interior design project management, construction coordination, or a related field

  • A deep understanding of the residential design process and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a creative, fast-paced studio environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail; organized, efficient, and proactive
  • Unrivaled communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and teamwork
  • A positive attitude, confidence under pressure, and a genuine passion for sustainability
  • Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Studio Designer, Airtable, Google Workspace or similar platforms
  • A love of design, craftsmanship, and creating homes that are as functional as they are beautiful

DETAILS:

Salary range: $65,000–$85,000/year commensurate with education and experience

Design Assistant

Are you eager to begin your career at an established design firm in Denver? Are you passionate about sustainability? Want to be a part of positive change in the industry?

Job Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our team. You’ll support the Design Team on all full-service projects from concept to completion and enable the design team’s success.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Design Team to create homes within the Annabode aesthetic & philosophy
  • Source furnishings, finishes, fabrics, fixtures, and accessories in line with project budgets and aesthetic goals
  • Measure spaces, create floor plans, and support with Chief Architect drawings or digital drafting
  • Conduct site surveys and install projects
  • Support projects through all phases of design (programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, & administration)
  • Create design documentation (plans, presentations, schedules, elevations, RCPs, etc.)

MUST-HAVES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Meticulously detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
  • Excellent Construction Documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills across mediums
  • Styling experience and a strong eye
  • A preference for classically modern, warm, organic interiors
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and a passion for sustainability

DETAILS:

Salary range: $48-55,000/year commensurate with education and experience
